Experience
For 12 years, Amy was the sole proprietor of her own consulting company.  A few highlights from her practice included:
  • Working with the Board of Directors and CEO of the American Heart Association 1994-1996 to reorganize AHA from a state to a regionalized organizational model.
  • Designing and delivering for the CIO and SVP of Marketing at Frito-Lay, Inc., change management sessions to assist in improving productivity following their 1991 layoffs.
  • Partnering with the CIO of the Burlington Northern Railroad in an organizational transformation including the merger with the Santa Fe Railway 1992-1997.
  • Supporting the senior executives at Delta Technology (subsidiary of Delta Air Lines) to help build an award-winning technology organization (1976 – 2001).
  • Assisting the President of Pepsi Business Solutions Group (Shared Services for PepsiCo) in strategic planning and organizational effectiveness in 2000.
During this time period, Amy’s clients also included: American Airlines, American Bar Association, Chemical Bank of New York, Coors Brewing Company, Dell Computer Corporation, Dresser Industries, FDIC, Fifth Circuit Court Federal Judges, Hunt Oil Company, IBM, Johnson and Johnson Hospital Services, Meredian Oil Corporation, RaiLinc, Southwest Airlines, Texas Instruments, The Boeing Company, Union Pacific Railroad, US Department of Labor Judges and Westinghouse Corporation.
